To be successful in this role, you’ll need excellent stakeholder engagement skills as you’ll be developing strong relationships with a range of tenant groups and community led organisations. Your knowledge of Government regulation around tenant involvement and empowerment will mean you can confidently support Housing staff and work with Tenant & Resident Associations and TMOs to deliver the best outcomes for the people of Camden.

At the heart of this role is the ability to implement and develop service improvement initiatives, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer service. To do this, you’ll need strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills, as well as being familiar with Microsoft Office programmes including Excel and Access.
