The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent which demonstrates academic and literacy ability to undertake the specific tasks of this role. You will be able to evidence recent continued commitment to personal and professional learning and development with an ability to influence and negotiate desired outcomes to set deadlines. This will be coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

You will have the ability to work in partnership with multiple agencies such as Health, Education, Social Care, Legal, Procurement and Adult Services and to consolidate complex information from these sources. You will also be able to demonstrate the confidence to meet with commercial clients and prepare and deliver a compelling negotiating strategy based on evidence collated from partners, service users and contracts.  As this is a pilot opportunity, the ability to report on and review the efficacy of the role, will be crucial.
