To be successful in this role, you will have substantial experience at a senior level of successfully managing complex, high-profile and organisationally cross-cutting programmes of work, and/or be an experienced project and programme management portfolio manager. You must have expert knowledge of a range of programme and project management methodologies.

Data fluency, with experience of developing and overseeing a mechanism to monitor and report on progress with complex programmes of work, and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is also essential.

A good understanding of the role, structures and operations of local government are also key to the role, with a willingness to learn more.

You will demonstrate experience of working collaboratively with departments and organisations to deliver outcomes and successfully engage a range of stakeholders.
