To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Application Analyst with excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

You will take a collaborative approach, effectively working in a team environment, supporting peers and stakeholders. The ability to provide deliverables in a timely manner is key to the role.

You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and experience of managing applications. You will be able to provide technical maintenance and support for business applications; investigating and resolving problems reported by users;  testing and implementing software releases and upgrades as well as providing additional functionality to the business by using the appropriate tool sets to enhance third party applications and to develop reports, workflows, web pages and forms and/or new small applications.
