Location: Roy Shaw Centre, 3-5 Cressy Road

Salary: £32,473 - £37,670

Contract Type: 6 month Fixed Term, Full time, 36 hours per week

The Shared Digital service are seeking a highly analytical QA to test, report and advise on account processes across Camden, Haringey and Islington Council. The post holder will contribute to key testing activities within a large agile portfolio, working closely with a team of QAs to ensure the best possible customer experience and provide a leaner back office process.


You will proactively liaise with key stakeholders across Shared Digital, contribute to peer reviews and carry out risk analyses, promoting a continuous improvement drive. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the Lead QA to implement Scrum development principles and to assist with testing of planning activities across each test cycle/sprint and overall end-end execution of these plans.


The Shared Digital service aims to reinvent technological solutions from a user perspective and QA is essential to achieving this ambition. 

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.


You will take a collaborative approach, effectively working in a team environment, supporting peers and cross-functional stakeholders. The ability to produce testing deliverables in a timely manner is key to the role.


You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and QA experience in a SOA environment, as well as experience of automated testing techniques.
