This a very vibrant role which requires upmost attention to detail, customer focus, great organisational skills and smart working to quickly resolve issues and service requests.

You’ll be an excellent communicator both orally and written with a professional telephone manner. Alongside this, you’ll be able to manage conflicting priorities and work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

In order to understand and resolve issues, you’ll need some knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with MS Office. 


Main Duties:

  • Providing 1st line IT support
  • Assisting with various IT related projects
  • Dealing with New starters, Leavers and Movers in Camden
  • IT kit configuration – (laptop prep, install apps, load user profile, apply updates and carryout required testing)
  • Mobile Devices support - mobile device configuration, app installation, user profile setup
  • Database management & Stock Management
