You will be required to:

-          build relationships with a wide range of public service and employment and skills partners across the public, private and voluntary sector.

-          have up to date knowledge of a broad range of economic development policy, strategy and delivery including business support and development, employment, skills, enterprise and labour market issues

-          maximise the opportunities to achieve employment outcomes and to support local businesses through the Council’s planning and procurement levers
