You will have expert understanding Building / Building Services Pathology as well as Construction technology and Environmental Services.

 

You will have a well-rounded experience in contract administration, design and specification and inspections

 

Having knowledge of Legal & Regulatory Compliance and management of Health & Safety is vital to the role as is proven experience of commercial management, financial control and budget management
