We’re looking for candidates with a 3 years of Oracle HCM/ERP Finance support experience (ideally Oracle Cloud but EBS also will be considered) having knowledge of  HR and Finance applications, upgrades, environment management, business analysis of business and technical processes and solutions & report development.

A suitable candidate should have demonstrable Agile or Waterfall environment skills or equivalent industry experience.

You’ll also be familiar with application management and support, as well as confidently undertaking analysis & specification for reporting requirements & organising small improvements.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer expectations is key to the role as you’ll be working with a range of Business users & colleagues in IT support & administration as well as external partners in addressing system issues through improvements & working on upgrades . Ideally, you’ll have an understanding of good IT practice and procedures in relation to the support of cloud solutions.

This will be a challenging role as you’ll need to manage conflicting deadlines whilst working as a team to deliver a first class user experience.

This role is subject to a DBS Enhanced Check.
