We’re looking for someone who can take the lead and motivate a team of officers to deliver first class data reporting and analysis. You’ll have a keen interest in Master Data Management; Statistical Analysis; and Data Visualisation, as well as being familiar with Adult Social Care and data reporting tools such as QlikView, Business Object etc.

More broadly, you’ll be able to problem solve in a creative way, using a wide evidence base to influence decision makers and present complex information to a range of audiences. Your understanding of Data Protection will mean you’re able to quality assure data and share information securely. You’ll also be highly numerate, with strong Excel and communication skills.
